Barbie & Ken as Romeo and Juliet
This was the first set in the Together Forever Collection, released in 1997. "The dolls clothes are beautifully detailed to evoke the intricacy and richness of Renaissance fashions. As Juliet, Barbie wears a high-waisted velvet gown with golden trim and a dramatic chapel train that falls from her shoulders...as Romeo, Ken wears a blue velvety tunic with silvery cloak and a blue velvety hat. His legs are elegantly attired in blue leggings with black slippers on his feet".

Barbie & Ken as Camelot's King Arthur & Queen Guinevere

This set was the second, and sadly final, in the Together Forever Collection, released in Limited Edition in 1999. The box says "Barbie and her true love Ken are the perfect Arthur & Guinevere...their costumes are faithfully detailed to reflect the grandeur and opulence of medieval royalty...Barbie's regal headpiece is replendent with golden netting and pearls...Ken wears a golden crown encrusted with ruby-red stones and the legendary Excalibur in his belt".

James Bond 007 Giftset

This James Bond 007 Ken and Barbie Giftset was a Collector Edition released in 2002. "Ken steps into the role of James Bond, as debonair as any of the actors who portrayed the master spy on screen. This gorgeous giftset just oozes passion! Ken has never looked as hunky as he does here, posing with his bulging pecs on display from his open shirt! His long hair and stubble add to his dashing romance hero looks! Barbie is beautiful as the damsel swept away by Ken's charms! This set is the first in the Romance Novel series and hopefully not the last.
